Base Rates: Our base rates are determined based on vehicle type and service duration. Base rates may vary based on the time of day, demand, and other factors.
Additional Fees: Please be aware that additional charges may apply for extra mileage, tolls, fuel surcharges, and waiting times. The final fare will be confirmed before your reservation is completed.
Peak Hours: Rates may be higher during peak hours, holidays, and special events. We recommend checking our updated rates or contacting us for an accurate quote.
Quote Process: Quotes are provided via email once we receive your reservation request. These quotes are based on the information you provide and may be subject to change based on actual details.
Confirmation: To confirm your reservation, you must follow the instructions provided in the confirmation email or through our client portal. If you encounter any issues or do not receive confirmation, please contact our support team.
Accuracy: Ensure that all information provided during booking is accurate to avoid discrepancies in your final bill.
Deposit Requirement: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required for certain types of vehicles, including luxury and specialty vehicles.
Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due 7 days before the reservation date. For bookings made within 7 days, full payment is required at the time of reservation.
Refund Policy: Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or modifications.
Extra Mileage: Charges will apply for any mileage beyond the initial estimate provided at the time of booking.
Tolls and Parking: Any tolls or parking fees incurred during the service will be added to your final bill.
Waiting Time: Fees for waiting time will be applied if the pickup or drop-off is delayed beyond the scheduled time.
Sedans and SUVs: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid charges.
Buses and Limousines: Cancellations must be made at least 8 days in advance. Failure to cancel within this period may result in charges up to the full amount of the reservation.
Refunds: Cancellations made within the allowed timeframe will be processed according to our refund policy.
Accepted Payments: We accept major credit cards, Cash and Zelle for payment.
Non-Accepted Methods: We do not accept virtual cards, gift cards, or other prepaid payment methods.
Security: All payments are processed through secure and encrypted channels to ensure the safety of your financial information.
Health Protocols: Our drivers follow strict health protocols, including wearing masks and maintaining hygiene.
Vehicle Sanitization: All vehicles are disinfected daily, and high-touch surfaces are cleaned between rides.
Social Distancing: We encourage social distancing practices during rides, and passengers are advised to maintain personal safety.
Limitations: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the fare. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for failures to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or other emergencies.
